How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |

How much is my shipping? |
|
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |

I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |

How do I return my product? |
|
All sales of the Products are final except that Products may be returned to Woodcraft (parent compnay of Cleaning Wood Floors, please see Purchasing Terms for more information). You will have up to ten (10) days after delivery of the Products to return a Product or all of the Products to Woodcraft for a cash refund or for an exchange of the Product(s); provided, however the following two general conditions are satisfied: (i) the Product(s) that you want to return is(are) “unopened” and “undamaged”; and (ii) you pay the costs of shipping the Product(s) to Woodcraft at – 1515 D Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon, Washington 98273 (1-800-893-2556). (a) If you are returning the Products to Woodcraft for a refund, please so indicate in writing on a separate piece of paper. If the two general conditions stated above are satisfied, then you authorize Woodcraft to credit your credit card with the amount that you paid for the returned Products less 15% of such amount as a restocking fee incurred by Woodcraft. (b) If you are returning the Products and want Woodcraft to exchange the returned Product(s) for other Product(s), please so indicate in writing on a separate piece of paper. (1) If the two general conditions stated above are satisfied and the Products that you now want to purchase from Woodcraft are the same price or greater than the price you paid for the returned Products, then you authorize Woodcraft to charge your credit card: (i) the difference between the prices of the new Products and the returned Products; and (ii) the costs for shipping the new Products to you. In this situation Woodcraft will not charge you any restocking fee regarding the returned Products. (2) If the two general conditions stated above are satisfied and the Products that you now want to purchase from Woodcraft are less than the price of the returned Products, then you authorize Woodcraft to: (i) charge your credit card an amount equal to 15% of the price you paid for the returned Products as a restocking fee incurred by Woodcraft; and (ii) charge your credit card the costs for shipping the new Products to you. Woodcraft will also credit your credit card with an amount equal to the difference between the prices of the returned Products and the new Products.
